We would like to inform you about an important development regarding renewal costs. Our costs increased in 2022 and we unfortunately expect them to continue to increase due to increased costs in our industry and continued inflation.

For example, the price of electricity in our data centers (our largest cost item) has risen by more than 110% (source: CBS) and the prices of hardware and software have also risen sharply. These costs are expected to increase further in the coming period.

 

We have done our best to largely absorb these price increases in recent years by making good agreements with our suppliers and making internal savings where possible. Unfortunately, the increases are now too high to be able to sustain this for longer.

This means that we are forced to increase our renewal costs by  around 10% starting from 01-09-2023 for all our renew plan. An overview of the new rates can be found below:
